Customer Terms

Version: 0.5 draft

1. Who operates LocalVybe

LocalVybe is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY, COMPANY NUMBER, REGISTERED ADDRESS AND CONTACT EMAIL].

2. What LocalVybe does

LocalVybe helps users discover local businesses, dishes, hairstyles, jobs, services, products and experiences. LocalVybe is a discovery and introduction platform. Unless a checkout expressly says otherwise, LocalVybe is not the trader supplying the underlying goods or services.

3. Information status

Listings may be assembled from public sources, business submissions, community checks and technology-assisted research. Status labels explain the source of confidence. “Discovered from public sources”, “Community checked”, “LocalVybe reviewed” and “Profile claimed by business” describe provenance only. They are not guarantees of quality, safety, licensing, availability or suitability.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect your password and tell us promptly if your account is misused.

5. Appointment requests

A LocalVybe appointment request is not confirmed until the trader accepts it. The trader remains responsible for availability, pricing, performance, cancellations, refunds, qualifications and legal compliance. Any deposit or payment terms displayed at checkout will form part of the specific booking.

6. Reviews and local checks

Only submit genuine experiences and factual checks. Do not post fabricated, retaliatory, discriminatory, unlawful or confidential material. LocalVybe may moderate, reject or remove submissions.

7. Affiliate links

Some product links are paid affiliate links. Purchases are made from the named retailer under that retailer’s terms.

8. Acceptable use

Do not scrape protected data, interfere with the service, impersonate others, manipulate trust scores, submit harmful content or use LocalVybe unlawfully.

9. Availability and liability

The service may change or be unavailable. Add country-specific consumer rights, liability limits and exclusions here; nothing in these terms should exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Complaints and disputes

Contact [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Add governing law, jurisdiction and any mandatory consumer dispute process for the user’s country.

11. Changes

Material changes will be versioned. Where required, users will be asked to accept a new version before continuing with affected features.
