Business and Trader Terms
Version: 0.5 draft
1. Authority
You must be authorised to claim, edit or accept bookings for the business. LocalVybe may request evidence and may suspend control while a dispute is reviewed.
2. Accurate information
Keep names, contact details, locations, prices, availability, qualifications, licences, menus, services and booking rules accurate. Do not state that you provide something you do not provide.
3. Customer contracts
Unless LocalVybe expressly acts as merchant of record, the contract for the underlying goods or services is between the trader and customer. You are responsible for pre-contract information, performance, safety, taxes, receipts, cancellations, refunds and consumer rights.
4. Appointments
Respond promptly to requests. A confirmed appointment creates obligations under your published terms and applicable law. Do not use customer information for unrelated marketing without an appropriate legal basis.
5. Content licence
You grant LocalVybe a non-exclusive licence to host, format and display content you submit for operating and promoting the service. Confirm that you own or may use that content.
6. Community and evidence
Do not manipulate recommendations, pay for false checks, submit fake sources or retaliate against users. Businesses may challenge information through the correction process.
7. Paid features
Insert the final featured-listing, commission, subscription, tax, renewal and refund terms before charging traders.
8. Suspension and removal
LocalVybe may restrict or remove content where there is evidence of inaccuracy, fraud, harm, illegality, impersonation or repeated non-performance.
9. Liability and jurisdiction
Add country-specific commercial liability, indemnity, governing law and dispute clauses after legal review.
